Does the patient have a history of interferon-induced thryoiditis in the past?

Is the patient Asian or from another ethnic group susceptible to interferon-induced thyroiditis?

• had a significant loss or gain in weight?

• developed tachycardia or bradycardia?

• become heat or cold intolerant?

• had unexplained sweating?

• become easy fatigued?

• developed unexplained muscle weakness?

• maintained a normal TSH?
