• have a significant exposure to a house built before 1960 with peeling or chipping paint?

• have a significant exposure to house built before 1978 with recent renovations?

• have a sibling, family member, neighbor or playmate who has been treated for lead poisoning?

• live in a neighborhood where other children are being followed or treated for lead poisoning?

• have significant exposure to an adult whose job or hobby involves exposure to lead?

• live or play near an active lead smelter, battery recycling plant, or other industry that uses lead?
